Changing service charges

Service charges help cover operational costs, gratuities, or additional fees for your orders. This guide will show you how to add, modify, or remove service charges in your restaurant portal, ensuring they align with your business needs.

Log into the Menu Manager

1. Go to the Menu Manager. 
2. Enter your credentials and login.

Access advanced settings

1. Select "Advanced" from the left sidebar.

Enable service charge

1. Click the "Service charge" toggle to activate it.

Set the charge amount

1. Enter either a fixed dollar amount ($) or a percentage (%).

Save your changes

1. Click "Save" to confirm and apply the service charge.
