Reporting in the Restaurant Portal

The Restaurant Portal provides powerful reporting tools to help you track sales, monitor order trends, and gain insights into your business performance. This guide will walk you through how to access and generate reports so you can make data-driven decisions to optimize your operations.




Log into the Restaurant Portal

  1. Go to the Restaurant Portal
  2. Enter your credentials and login.






Navigate to reports

  1. Select Reports > Sales from the left sidebar.






Filter sales data

  1. Use the restaurant drop-down to choose a location.
  2. Use the calendar drop-down to select a date range.






View sales summary

  1. The "Summary" section displays the order count and financial breakdown.
  2. The "Sales Breakdown" provides details by payment type.






Customize "Orders" table view

  1. The "Orders" section lists individual order details.
  2. Click "Edit columns" to filter displayed information.
  3. Use category drop-downs to refine the table further.






Export data

  1. Click "Export all (XLSX)" or "Export all (CSV)" to download the full data for the selected date range.
  2. Click "Export filtered (CSV)" to download customized data based on the selected columns.
