Steps:

  1. Open a support desk ticket through our email support@app8pay.com or through the ticket submission form here
  2. Please include the email address and your name associated with the account you're requesting to delete
  3. A member of the App8 support team will respond to your request confirming the information you provided if we find the account in our records
  4. Account deletion and personal data removal requests will be fulfilled within thirty (30) days after review
  5. Logging in with the email of the deleted account will restart the sign-up process should you want to rejoin App8
