Adding closed dates

Setting up closed dates ensures your customers can’t place orders on days when your menu is unavailable, such as holidays or special closures. This guide will walk you through how to manage your closed dates in the system, so your ordering platform reflects your availability accurately.




Log into the Menu Manager

  1. Go to the Menu Manager
  2. Enter your credentials and login.





Add a closed date

  1. Click on "Closed dates."
  2. Select "Add a closed date."
  3. Choose the date you want to close (e.g., Christmas, Easter) to override your regular availability.






Remove a closed date

  1. Locate the date you want to remove in the "Closed dates" list.
  2. Click the "X" next to the date to delete it.
