Takeout, with POS integration 

Log in to the App8 Web Menu Manager by clicking HERE. 

1. Accessing advanced settings:

  • Advanced settings can be found on the left-hand side of the menu manager:


2. Advanced settings:

  • The advanced settings allow you to enable the following: 

    • Service Charge

    • Delivery

      • Address, School, Custom or Stadium can be chosen as your delivery options:

        • Address will prompt the guest to enter their address.

        • School will prompt the guest to enter their grade and classroom number.

        • Stadium will prompt the guest to enter their row and seat number.

        • Custom will prompt the guest to enter any unique location from a custom list that you create.


    • Discount and promo codes: 

      • You can enter a discount using a name and % dollar value. This promo will be applied to the total dollar value of a transaction if the name is entered upon checkout. You can enable/disable discounts by using the enable discounts toggle:

3. Customizations: 

  • Customizations can also be found on the left-hand side of the menu manager and include the following:

    • Custom branding (add your restaurant logo to your App8 menu)

    • Location display name 

    • Theme (light or dark)

    • Primary colour

    • Fonts


*If you would like to see how your edits appear, simply access the guest facing menu and refresh anytime you would like to see a new edit reflected.
