How to refund a takeout order in the App8 Manager

Once an order has been Accepted, you have two options to Refund it. You can click on the order while it is still in the "In Progress" stage and Refund, or click on the order while it is in the "Completed" stage and Refund. Guests will see the refund deposit in their account within 7 business days depending on which bank they use.
Partial refunds: To request a partial refund, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the Order ID and the amount that you would like to refund to the guest.
*Note: Orders will only stay in the Completed stage for a few days before disappearing, be sure to Refund orders as soon as possible.
