How to refund a takeout order in the App8 Manager

Steps:

1. Full refunds: Once an order has been accepted, you can either refund it from the "In Progress" column or the "Completed" column by clicking on the "Refund" button. Guests will see the refund deposit in their account within 7 business days depending on which bank they use. Once refunded, the order will move to the "Cancelled" column.

2. Partial refunds: Partial refunds cannot be processed through the tablet. To request a partial refund, please contact support@app8pay.com with the Order ID and the amount that you would like to refund to the guest.
